DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm AEST

Shipping times will vary based on the destination of the order.

All orders, both domestic and international, are dispatched via Australia Post and Sendle and can be tracked via the link sent to your email when placing an order. 

SAME DAY DISPATCH

For "Same Day Dispatch," orders must be placed between 9am and 5pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays). If you place your order outside this timeframe, it will be shipped the following business day. Please note that Street Sixty Six will not be held accountable if orders are not dispatched on the same day.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This unique code allows you to track your package online. Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to receive your tracking number via email. If you don’t see the email, check your ‘Junk’ folder as it may have been filtered automatically.

PLEASE NOTE

Incorrect shipping addresses will result in the order being returned to Street Sixty Six warehouse. Orders returned as undeliverable will be processed as returns.

Street Sixty Six is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once delivered and confirmed by tracking, Street Sixty Six is not liable. Some packages may require a signature upon delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, the package will be sent to your local post office for pickup.

Transit times are estimates and delays may occur due to customs, which are beyond our control. Street Sixty Six does not handle tax charges or fees. If you refuse to pay customs fees, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a store credit will be issued. Any return shipping fees charged to Street Sixty Six will be deducted from your credit.

Street Sixty Six does not operate on public holidays. Same Day Dispatch/Delivery will occur on the next business day.
